Opal Peak Panorama

It was a rainy summer in Jasper. This was one of those days when it wasn't raining :) I took advantage of the warmth and did a solo hike up to Opal Peak. Maligne Lake showcases its beautiful blue color quite similar to the tone of the sky. I used a polarized filter to enhance the blue. I shot this 5 image pano in portrait to include more of the sky. Later, after running down the scree full speed, I went for a swim in the lake - It was amazingly refreshing!!
