Paris Corridor

I literally snapped this one on the fly. Actually it was a double take as I just had walked by with my camera in my hand, took a few steps back and this is what happened. The man was walking there by chance - something that makes this composition in my opinion! It is my favorite shot from my Europe trip in 2009.

This was prior to my SLR days. Having a small p&s facilitated this photo due to its pocketability. It really helped to keep my eye 'tuned' - something I became lazy about until I started shooting in primes.
